Ingredients
  • A generous handful of fresh mint leaves
  • A generous handful of fresh fenugreek leaves
  • One small orange, peeled and segmented
  • About ¼ to ½ cup of pomegranate arils
  • About 2-3 tablespoons of roasted pumpkin seeds
  • Juice from approximately half a lemon
  • A sprinkle of chaat masala
  • A sprinkle of black pepper
  • A pinch of salt
Method
  1. 1Add fresh mint leaves and fresh fenugreek leaves into a clear glass container.
  2. 2Add the segments of one small peeled orange to the greens in the container.
  3. 3Pour a generous amount of pomegranate arils into the container.
  4. 4Sprinkle roasted pumpkin seeds on top of the ingredients.
  5. 5Squeeze fresh lemon juice directly over the ingredients.
  6. 6Add a sprinkle of chaat masala, black pepper, and salt to season the salad.
  7. 7Seal the glass container with its lid and vigorously shake to combine all ingredients and distribute the dressing evenly.
