Ingredients
- A generous handful of fresh mint leaves
- A generous handful of fresh fenugreek leaves
- One small orange, peeled and segmented
- About ¼ to ½ cup of pomegranate arils
- About 2-3 tablespoons of roasted pumpkin seeds
- Juice from approximately half a lemon
- A sprinkle of chaat masala
- A sprinkle of black pepper
- A pinch of salt

- 1Add fresh mint leaves and fresh fenugreek leaves into a clear glass container.
- 2Add the segments of one small peeled orange to the greens in the container.
- 3Pour a generous amount of pomegranate arils into the container.
- 4Sprinkle roasted pumpkin seeds on top of the ingredients.
- 5Squeeze fresh lemon juice directly over the ingredients.
- 6Add a sprinkle of chaat masala, black pepper, and salt to season the salad.
- 7Seal the glass container with its lid and vigorously shake to combine all ingredients and distribute the dressing evenly.
