Method
- 1Place cooked flat rice noodles and fresh bean sprouts in a large mixing bowl.
- 2Add cooked finely minced pork, crushed peanuts, red chili flakes, and chopped green onions.
- 3Pour a dark, thick, glossy brown sauce over all ingredients.
- 4Thoroughly toss and mix all ingredients using tongs until uniformly coated.
