- 1 liter milk
- 1/4 cup roasted vermicelli
- 4 tbsp vanilla custard powder
- 5 tbsp condensed milk
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
- Ground pistachios for garnish

Method
- 1Pour 1 liter milk into a pot, reserving 1/2 cup.
- 2Bring the milk to a boil on the stovetop.
- 3Add 1/4 cup roasted vermicelli and cook for 5 minutes until soft.
- 4Stir in condensed milk to desired sweetness, then cook for 3-4 more minutes.
- 5In a separate cup, mix 1/2 cup reserved milk with 4 tbsp custard powder and 1/4 tsp cardamom powder until smooth.
- 6Slowly pour the custard slurry into the pot while continuously stirring.
- 7Cook on low heat with constant stirring until the custard thickens to a creamy consistency.
- 8Serve chilled, garnished with ground pistachios and chopped almonds.
