Ingredients
- 15 soaked almonds
- 1 pitted date
- Instant coffee powder to taste
- 1/5 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1 cup water
- Generous amount of ice cubes
Method
- 1Peel the skin off the pre-soaked almonds.
- 2Tear open the date and remove its pit.
- 3Add the peeled almonds, pitted date, instant coffee powder, and cinnamon powder to a small blender.
- 4Pour half a cup of water into the blender with the ingredients.
- 5Cover the blender and blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- 6Add the remaining half cup of water to the blended mixture.
- 7Cover the blender again and blend until the coffee mixture becomes frothy.
- 8Fill a tall glass with numerous ice cubes.
- 9Pour the prepared vegan iced coffee into the glass.
