Ingredients
  • 15 soaked almonds
  • 1 pitted date
  • Instant coffee powder to taste
  • 1/5 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 cup water
  • Generous amount of ice cubes
Method
  1. 1Peel the skin off the pre-soaked almonds.
  2. 2Tear open the date and remove its pit.
  3. 3Add the peeled almonds, pitted date, instant coffee powder, and cinnamon powder to a small blender.
  4. 4Pour half a cup of water into the blender with the ingredients.
  5. 5Cover the blender and blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  6. 6Add the remaining half cup of water to the blended mixture.
  7. 7Cover the blender again and blend until the coffee mixture becomes frothy.
  8. 8Fill a tall glass with numerous ice cubes.
  9. 9Pour the prepared vegan iced coffee into the glass.
