- 4 pieces naan bread
- 1 cup sliced banana peppers
- 1/2 cup pickled red onions
- 2 cups french fries
Method
- 1Brown ground lamb and sliced onions in a cast iron skillet.
- 2Add butter, minced garlic, and spice blend to the meat mixture, then stir in a splash of water.
- 3Prepare the lemon harissa sauce by whisking olive oil, harissa paste, and lemon juice.
- 4Combine Greek yogurt with crumbled feta, chopped dill, and green onions to make tzatziki.
- 5Assemble bowls with cooked white rice as the base.
