  • 2 cups french fries
Method
  1. 1Brown ground lamb and sliced onions in a cast iron skillet.
  2. 2Add butter, minced garlic, and spice blend to the meat mixture, then stir in a splash of water.
  3. 3Prepare the lemon harissa sauce by whisking olive oil, harissa paste, and lemon juice.
  4. 4Combine Greek yogurt with crumbled feta, chopped dill, and green onions to make tzatziki.
  5. 5Assemble bowls with cooked white rice as the base.
  6. 6Top the rice with the seasoned lamb mixture, shredded lettuce, and fresh herbs.
  7. 7Drizzle generously with tzatziki sauce and lemon harissa sauce.
