- Approx. 15-20 whole fresh strawberries
- Approx. 1/4 to 1/2 cup white vinegar
- Approx. 1-2 teaspoons baking soda
- Approx. 1.5 to 2 cups milk (almond, soy, or dairy)
- Approx. 1.5 to 2 cups frozen cleaned and chopped strawberries
- Approx. 2-3 tablespoons honey
Method
- 1Transfer fresh strawberries into a clear glass bowl.
- 2Add water, white vinegar, and baking soda to the bowl to soak and thoroughly clean the strawberries.
- 3Remove the green leafy tops (stems) from each strawberry and discard the dirty water.
- 4Chop off the top portion of each strawberry where the stem was.
- 5Rinse the chopped strawberries with clean water and place them on a white plate.
- 6Place the cleaned and chopped strawberries into a refrigerator freezer to freeze solid.
- 7Remove the frozen strawberries from the freezer.
- 8Pour milk into a portable blender cup.
- 9Add the frozen strawberries to the blender cup.
- 10Generously drizzle honey into the blender cup.
- 11Secure the lid on the blender and blend until a smooth, thick, and uniform light pink mixture is achieved.
