  • Approx. 15-20 whole fresh strawberries
  • Approx. 1/4 to 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • Approx. 1-2 teaspoons baking soda
  • Approx. 1.5 to 2 cups milk (almond, soy, or dairy)
  • Approx. 1.5 to 2 cups frozen cleaned and chopped strawberries
  • Approx. 2-3 tablespoons honey
Method
  1. 1Transfer fresh strawberries into a clear glass bowl.
  2. 2Add water, white vinegar, and baking soda to the bowl to soak and thoroughly clean the strawberries.
  3. 3Remove the green leafy tops (stems) from each strawberry and discard the dirty water.
  4. 4Chop off the top portion of each strawberry where the stem was.
  5. 5Rinse the chopped strawberries with clean water and place them on a white plate.
  6. 6Place the cleaned and chopped strawberries into a refrigerator freezer to freeze solid.
  7. 7Remove the frozen strawberries from the freezer.
  8. 8Pour milk into a portable blender cup.
  9. 9Add the frozen strawberries to the blender cup.
  10. 10Generously drizzle honey into the blender cup.
  11. 11Secure the lid on the blender and blend until a smooth, thick, and uniform light pink mixture is achieved.
