Ingredients
  • 1.5 oz Tequila
  • 0.5 oz Raspberry Liqueur
  • 3 oz Pomegranate juice
  • 3 oz Ginger beer
  • 2 large ice cubes
  • 1 tsp Pomegranate seeds
  • 1 pinch Dried rose petals
Method
  1. 1Place a large ice cube into a coupe-style cocktail glass.
  2. 2Pour a shot of tequila into the glass.
  3. 3Add a small pour of raspberry liqueur.
  4. 4Pour pomegranate juice into the glass until about halfway full.
  5. 5Add another large ice cube with an embedded rose petal.
  6. 6Top off the drink with ginger beer.
  7. 7Garnish with fresh pomegranate seeds and dried rose petals.
