- 1.5 oz Tequila
- 0.5 oz Raspberry Liqueur
- 3 oz Pomegranate juice
- 3 oz Ginger beer
- 2 large ice cubes
- 1 tsp Pomegranate seeds
- 1 pinch Dried rose petals
Method
- 1Place a large ice cube into a coupe-style cocktail glass.
- 2Pour a shot of tequila into the glass.
- 3Add a small pour of raspberry liqueur.
- 4Pour pomegranate juice into the glass until about halfway full.
- 5Add another large ice cube with an embedded rose petal.
- 6Top off the drink with ginger beer.
- 7Garnish with fresh pomegranate seeds and dried rose petals.
