  • 1.5 cups cashew nuts
  • 1.5 cups peanuts
  • 1/4 cup dried red chilies
  • 1/4 cup shredded kaffir lime leaves

  3. 3Combine the roasted/fried cashew nuts and peanuts in a large baking pan.
  4. 4Generously sprinkle the Thai chili lime seasoning powder over the nuts.
  5. 5Add the crispy fried dried red chilies, kaffir lime leaves, and garlic chips to the pan.
