- Approximately two to three small pieces of ginger
- A handful of fresh mint leaves
- Juice from half a lemon
- Sugar syrup (quantity not specified)
- Water (for blending)
- Club soda (for topping)
- Ice cubes (for serving)
Method
- 1Trim the ends off the cucumbers.
- 2Rub the cut ends of the cucumbers together.
- 3Peel the cucumbers using a vegetable peeler.
- 4Slice the peeled cucumbers into thin rounds.
- 5Transfer the sliced cucumbers into a blender jar.
- 6Add ginger pieces, mint leaves, freshly squeezed lemon juice, sugar syrup, and a small amount of water to the blender.
- 7Blend the mixture until it achieves a smooth, somewhat pulpy consistency.
- 8Pour the blended green mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a separate bowl.
- 9Press the pulp with a spoon to extract as much liquid as possible.
- 10Fill clear glasses with ice cubes.
- 11Aesthetically garnish the inside of the glasses with long, thin strips of cucumber.

- 13Top off the drinks with club soda.
- 14Garnish with fresh sprigs of mint leaves.
- 15Serve the finished drink cold.
