- 1/2 cup small dark brown spherical items (spice blend/masala/fried bits)
- 4-5 cups dry weight pre-cooked thin noodles
- 1/2-1 cup vibrant green paste
- 1/4-1/2 cup dark liquid sauce (e.g., soy sauce)
Method
- 1Heat a generous amount of oil in a large wok over high flame.
- 2Add thinly sliced red onions to the hot oil and quickly stir-fry until translucent and slightly softened.
- 3Introduce shredded green cabbage to the wok and vigorously stir-fry with the onions.
- 4Add the small dark brown spherical ingredients to the stir-frying vegetables and mix them in.
- 5Place pre-cooked thin noodles on top of the cooked vegetables.
- 6Spread the vibrant green paste over the noodles.
- 7Drizzle the dark liquid sauce over the noodles.
- 8Intensely stir-fry and toss all ingredients together using both a metal ladle and a flat spatula/wooden stick until thoroughly combined and evenly coated.
