- Approximately half a cup lemonade
- One peach tea bag
- One citrus tea bag
- About one to two tablespoons honey
- A slice of fresh lemon
- A few fresh mint leaves
Method
- 1Heat water in a small stainless steel saucepan on a gas stove.
- 2Once the water starts to simmer, add approximately half a cup of lemonade to the hot water in the saucepan.
- 3Simultaneously, place one peach tea bag and one citrus tea bag in a ribbed clear glass.
- 4Pour about one to two tablespoons of honey into the glass, directly over the tea bags.
- 5Carefully pour the hot water and lemonade mixture from the saucepan into the glass, immersing the tea bags and honey.
- 6Allow the tea to steep for approximately three minutes, until its color deepens.
- 7After steeping, remove the tea bags from the glass.
- 8Add a slice of fresh lemon and a few fresh mint leaves to the tea as garnish.
