- 3 packets Maggi instant noodles
- Maggi tastemaker seasoning packets
- 1 tsp kitchen king
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- A handful chopped cilantro
Method
- 1Finely dice one small red onion, one medium-sized red tomato, and one green chili.
- 2Heat a pan, then add and melt 1/2 tbsp butter and 1/2 tbsp oil.
- 3Add the diced onions and a pinch of salt, then sauté until translucent.
- 4Add the diced green chili and sauté briefly.
- 5Stir in 1/2 tsp red chili powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp haldi, and a small amount of cumin powder.
- 6Add a small amount of water to cook the spices, forming a thick paste.
- 7Add the diced tomatoes and cook until softened and blended into the gravy.
- 8Pour in the Maggi tastemaker seasoning packets and 1 tsp kitchen king.
- 9Add more water to create a saucy base for the noodles.
- 10Break three blocks of Maggi noodles in half and add them to the simmering gravy, submerging them to cook evenly.
- 11Once noodles have softened and absorbed most liquid, mix them thoroughly with the gravy.
- 12Squeeze in 2 tbsp mayonnaise and mix until creamy.
- 13Sprinkle in a handful of freshly chopped cilantro and mix.
- 14Serve hot, garnished with an additional sprinkle of chopped cilantro.
