Ingredients
  • 10-12 pieces brussels sprouts
  • 50 grams parmesan cheese
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
Method
  1. 1Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. 2Wash the Brussels sprouts, trim their ends, cut them in half lengthwise, and remove any loose outer leaves.
  3. 3Peel garlic cloves and slice them lengthwise into thin slivers.
  4. 4In a clear glass bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts, sliced garlic, salt, black pepper, and olive oil; toss gently to ensure even coating.
  5. 5Add 50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese to the bowl and mix it in, coating the sprouts.
  6. 6Arrange the seasoned Brussels sprouts cut-side up on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, ensuring they are spread out in a single layer.
  7. 7Carefully place the tray into the preheated oven.
  8. 8Roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping once, until golden and crispy.
  9. 9Remove the roasted Brussels sprouts from the oven.
  10. 10Serve the roasted Brussels sprouts.
