Method

  6. 6Dust with rice flour and roll evenly into thin, circular rotis.
  7. 7Preheat a Tawa on a low flame.
  8. 8Place a rolled roti on the hot Tawa and cook slowly until small bubbles appear.
  9. 9Flip and cook until done, ensuring it stays white.
