- 200ml unsweetened milk
- 80g white chocolate pellets
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons sugar syrup
- 100g cream cheese
- 150ml whipping cream
- 2 drops red velvet food coloring
- 20g granulated sugar

Method
- 1Pour 200ml milk into a pot on a stove.
- 2Add 80g white chocolate, 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 2 teaspoons sugar syrup to the pot.
- 3Stir the mixture until chocolate melts and ingredients combine, forming a brownish liquid.
- 4Add 50g cream cheese, 50ml whipping cream, and 2 drops red velvet food coloring to the pot.
- 5Whisk the mixture thoroughly until smooth and consistent pinkish-red.
- 6In a separate mixing cup, combine 50g cream cheese and 20g granulated sugar.
- 7Beat the cream cheese and sugar mixture with an electric hand mixer.
- 8Add 100ml whipping cream to the cup and continue mixing until stiff peaks are formed.
- 9Pour the hot chocolate into a tall stemmed glass.
- 10Garnish with a swirl of whipped cream and red sprinkles.
