Method
- 1Add butter and red curry paste to a hot pan.
- 2Add red chili flakes, chopped green onions, minced garlic, and light-colored oil to the pan and stir vigorously.
- 3Toss in crushed peanuts and sesame seeds, then stir.
- 4Pour in tamari or soy sauce, followed by broth, then stir and bring to a simmer.
- 5Mix fresh chopped cilantro and Thai basil into the simmering sauce.
- 6Separately, boil frozen potstickers in plain water until cooked.
- 7Transfer the cooked potstickers directly into the pan with the simmering red curry garlic broth.
- 8Toss the potstickers to ensure they are thoroughly coated in the sauce.
