Ingredients

  4. 4Combine all-purpose flour, cornflour, red chili powder, chaat masala, and salt in a dish.
  5. 5Gradually incorporate water while stirring to create a smooth, semi-thick batter (slurry).
  6. 6Fully dip each prepared potato twister on a skewer into the slurry, ensuring all surfaces are coated evenly.
  7. 7Heat oil in a small pot on a gas stove.
  8. 8Carefully place the coated potato twister into the hot oil and deep-fry over medium heat.
  9. 9Occasionally rotate the twister and gently splash with oil to ensure even cooking until golden brown and crispy.
  10. 10Remove the crispy potato twister from the hot oil using a slotted spoon to drain excess oil.
  11. 11Place the hot, fried potato twisters on a white serving plate.
  12. 12Brush melted butter over them using a brush.
  13. 13Sprinkle a generous amount of peri-peri masala over both twisters.
