- 4 oz thinly sliced prosciutto
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1 (8 oz) ball burrata cheese
- 1/4 cup microgreens
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp flaked sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Method
- 1Knead and shape pizza dough on a floured surface.

- 5Arrange thinly sliced potatoes over the cheese.
- 6Fold inwards and pinch the edges of the dough to form a rustic crust.
- 7Drizzle olive oil over the crust and sprinkle generously with white sesame seeds.
