  4. 4Place the formed balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until firm.
  5. 5In a separate microwave-safe bowl, combine semi-sweet chocolate chips and coconut oil.
  6. 6Microwave the chocolate mixture in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and glossy.
  7. 7Dip each chilled peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate using a fork, letting excess drip off.
  8. 8Return the chocolate-covered balls to the parchment paper.
  9. 9Refrigerate for another 10–15 minutes, or until the chocolate is completely set.
