  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2-3 tablespoons peanut butter
  • Half to one banana, sliced
  • Small handful walnuts
  • Small amount chocolate sauce
Method
  1. 1Pour rolled oats into a clear glass bowl.
  2. 2Add milk to the bowl with oats.
  3. 3Add chia seeds to the mixture.
  4. 4Drizzle maple syrup into the bowl.
  5. 5Use a spoon to thoroughly mix all ingredients until well combined.
  6. 6Cover the bowl with a lid and refrigerate overnight.
  7. 7The next morning, remove the lid and stir the thickened overnight oats mixture again.
  8. 8Spoon a portion of the overnight oats mixture into a clear glass jar to form the first layer.
  9. 9Add a dollop of peanut butter on top of the oats and gently spread to create a middle layer.
  10. 10Carefully place sliced bananas on the peanut butter layer.
  11. 11Sprinkle chopped walnuts over the bananas.
  12. 12Drizzle chocolate sauce generously over the top as a garnish.
