Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1.5 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 2-3 tablespoons peanut butter
- Half to one banana, sliced
- Small handful walnuts
- Small amount chocolate sauce
Method
- 1Pour rolled oats into a clear glass bowl.
- 2Add milk to the bowl with oats.
- 3Add chia seeds to the mixture.
- 4Drizzle maple syrup into the bowl.
- 5Use a spoon to thoroughly mix all ingredients until well combined.
- 6Cover the bowl with a lid and refrigerate overnight.
- 7The next morning, remove the lid and stir the thickened overnight oats mixture again.
- 8Spoon a portion of the overnight oats mixture into a clear glass jar to form the first layer.
- 9Add a dollop of peanut butter on top of the oats and gently spread to create a middle layer.
- 10Carefully place sliced bananas on the peanut butter layer.
- 11Sprinkle chopped walnuts over the bananas.
- 12Drizzle chocolate sauce generously over the top as a garnish.
