- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/4 cup mashed banana
- 1 tbsp strawberry jam
- 1 tbsp chopped peanuts & almonds
- 4-5 pieces banana
- A drizzle of clear, golden syrup
- A sprinkle of small seeds
Method
- 1Pour 1/4 cup of whole oats into a clean, clear mason jar.
- 2Add 1 1/4 cups of milk to the jar, covering the oats.
- 3Spoon 1 tablespoon of creamy peanut butter into the jar.
- 4Add 1/4 cup of mashed banana to the jar.
- 5Use a spoon to thoroughly mix all these ingredients (oats, milk, peanut butter, mashed banana) directly in the jar until a uniform, creamy, light brownish-beige mixture is achieved.
- 6Seal the mason jar with a golden lid and gently shake to ensure everything is well combined.
- 7Place the jar in a refrigerator and leave it overnight.
- 8After refrigeration, open the jar.
- 9Spoon 1 tablespoon of red, chunky strawberry jam over the oat mixture.
- 10Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of chopped nuts (peanuts and almonds) on top.
- 11Place 4-5 slices of fresh banana on top.
- 12Drizzle with syrup and sprinkle with seeds.
