Ingredients
- ½ cup milk
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- Pinch salt
- ¼ teaspoon cumin powder
- ¼ teaspoon red chili powder
- Few mint leaves
Method
- 1Heat ½ cup milk in a microwave-safe bowl until it just starts to boil.
- 2Allow the boiled milk to cool down slightly.
- 3Add 2 teaspoons of lime juice to the warm milk and stir gently until curds form.
- 4Pour the curdled milk through a tea strainer and press the curds to remove excess whey.
- 5Transfer the soft paneer back to a bowl.
- 6Add salt, roasted cumin and red chili spice mix, and fresh mint leaves to the paneer.
- 7Mix all ingredients thoroughly to combine and serve as a spread.
