Ingredients
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • Pinch salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin powder
  • ¼ teaspoon red chili powder
  • Few mint leaves
Method
  1. 1Heat ½ cup milk in a microwave-safe bowl until it just starts to boil.
  2. 2Allow the boiled milk to cool down slightly.
  3. 3Add 2 teaspoons of lime juice to the warm milk and stir gently until curds form.
  4. 4Pour the curdled milk through a tea strainer and press the curds to remove excess whey.
  5. 5Transfer the soft paneer back to a bowl.
  6. 6Add salt, roasted cumin and red chili spice mix, and fresh mint leaves to the paneer.
  7. 7Mix all ingredients thoroughly to combine and serve as a spread.
