  • 1 cup paneer
  • 1 cup shredded petha
  • 1/4 tsp green cardamom powder
  • 1 tbsp sliced pistachios
Method
  1. 1Knead fresh paneer by hand until it forms a smooth, pliable dough.
  2. 2Grate petha into fine shreds.
  3. 3Combine the kneaded paneer and shredded petha in a non-stick pan.
  4. 4Add green cardamom powder to the mixture.
  5. 5Cook the mixture over very low heat, stirring continuously for about 4 minutes until well integrated.
  6. 6Transfer the mixture to a plate and allow it to cool slightly.
  7. 7Take 1 tablespoon portions of the mixture and roll them between your palms to form smooth, round ladoos.
  8. 8Garnish each ladoo with sliced pistachios.
