- 1 cup paneer
- 1 cup shredded petha
- 1/4 tsp green cardamom powder
- 1 tbsp sliced pistachios
Method
- 1Knead fresh paneer by hand until it forms a smooth, pliable dough.
- 2Grate petha into fine shreds.
- 3Combine the kneaded paneer and shredded petha in a non-stick pan.
- 4Add green cardamom powder to the mixture.
- 5Cook the mixture over very low heat, stirring continuously for about 4 minutes until well integrated.
- 6Transfer the mixture to a plate and allow it to cool slightly.
- 7Take 1 tablespoon portions of the mixture and roll them between your palms to form smooth, round ladoos.
- 8Garnish each ladoo with sliced pistachios.
