Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup thick plain white yogurt
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup milk
  • 2-3 tablespoons honey, plus more for topping
  • A small amount vanilla extract
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup whole walnuts
  • A small handful diced green grapes
  • A small handful diced red/purple grapes
  • A small handful diced orange-colored fruit (mango or papaya)
  • A small handful diced white fruit (dragon fruit)
  • A small handful diced green fruit (kiwi)
Method
  1. 1Add approximately 1/2 cup yogurt, 1/2 to 3/4 cup milk, 2-3 tablespoons honey, and a small amount of vanilla extract to a clear glass bowl.
  2. 2Whisk the wet ingredients together until smooth and well combined.
  3. 3Pour about 1 cup of rolled oats into the liquid mixture.
  4. 4Stir the oats into the liquid until fully coated.
  5. 5Transfer the oats mixture into a rectangular plastic food storage container with a lid.
  6. 6Seal the container and place it in the refrigerator overnight to chill.
  7. 7The following morning, lightly roast a handful of walnuts on a metal baking tray until slightly darker.
  8. 8Roughly chop the roasted walnuts.
  9. 9Sprinkle the chopped walnuts over the overnight-chilled oats mixture in the container and stir them in.
  10. 10Dice fresh fruits for topping, including green grapes, red/purple grapes, orange fruit, white fruit, and green fruit.
  11. 11Spoon a generous scoop of the prepared overnight oats, now mixed with walnuts, into a small, clear glass.
  12. 12Top the oats with the colorful medley of fresh, diced fruits.
  13. 13Sprinkle additional chopped walnuts over the fruits.
  14. 14Drizzle more honey over the top to complete the presentation.
