  • Approximately 1 cup rolled oats
  • Approximately 1.5 to 2 cups milk

Method
  1. 1Pour approximately 1 cup of rolled oats into a clear glass bowl.
  2. 2Pour around 1.5 to 2 cups of milk over the oats in the bowl.
  3. 3Add about 1-2 tablespoons of chia seeds to the bowl.
  4. 4Drizzle approximately 1-2 tablespoons of maple syrup into the mixture.
  5. 5Thoroughly stir all ingredients with a spoon until well combined and the chia seeds are evenly distributed.
  6. 6After the mixture has chilled and thickened, stir it again.
  7. 7Spoon the prepared overnight oats into clear glass serving jars.
  8. 8Garnish with desired toppings such as sliced red apple, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, cinnamon powder, sliced banana, peanut butter, or chocolate syrup.
