  • 2 packets instant noodles
  • 1.5 cups water
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 0.5 medium onion
  • Green chilies to taste
  • 0.5 lime
  • 1/4 cup sev
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • Chili powder sachet (from noodles packet)
  • Flavor enhancer sachet (from noodles packet)
Method
  1. 1Bring 1.5 cups water to a boil in a pan.
  2. 2Crush 2 packets of instant noodles and add to boiling water along with chili and flavor sachets.
  3. 3Cook noodles until all water is absorbed and noodles are soft, not soupy.
  4. 4Remove pan from heat.
  5. 5Add diced tomato, chopped onion, and chopped green chilies to the hot noodles.
  6. 6Mix well, allowing residual heat to slightly soften vegetables.
  7. 7Transfer Noodle Bhel to a serving dish.
  8. 8Garnish generously with sev and chopped cilantro.
  9. 9Squeeze fresh lime juice over the top and serve immediately.
