- 2 packets instant noodles
- 1.5 cups water
- 1 medium tomato

Method
- 1Bring 1.5 cups water to a boil in a pan.
- 2Crush 2 packets of instant noodles and add to boiling water along with chili and flavor sachets.
- 3Cook noodles until all water is absorbed and noodles are soft, not soupy.
- 4Remove pan from heat.
- 5Add diced tomato, chopped onion, and chopped green chilies to the hot noodles.
- 6Mix well, allowing residual heat to slightly soften vegetables.
- 7Transfer Noodle Bhel to a serving dish.
- 8Garnish generously with sev and chopped cilantro.
- 9Squeeze fresh lime juice over the top and serve immediately.
