  • Two anchovies
  • Two grated garlic cloves
  • Three tablespoons of water
  • Two tablespoons of white distilled vinegar
  • Half a cup of vegetable oil
  • One-third cup of finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • A pinch of salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Two tablespoons of olive oil
Method
  1. 1Spoon two anchovies into a blending cup.
  2. 2Grate two garlic cloves directly into the cup.
  3. 3Add three tablespoons of water.
  4. 4Add two tablespoons of white distilled vinegar.
  5. 5Add half a cup of vegetable oil, one-third cup of grated Parmesan cheese, a pinch of salt, and a grind of black pepper.
  6. 6Use an immersion blender to combine these initial ingredients until creamy and light beige.
  7. 7Pour in two tablespoons of olive oil.
  8. 8Blend again until fully emulsified and smooth.
