- Two anchovies
- Two grated garlic cloves
- Three tablespoons of water
- Two tablespoons of white distilled vinegar
- Half a cup of vegetable oil
- One-third cup of finely grated Parmesan cheese
- A pinch of salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Two tablespoons of olive oil
Method
- 1Spoon two anchovies into a blending cup.
- 2Grate two garlic cloves directly into the cup.
- 3Add three tablespoons of water.
- 4Add two tablespoons of white distilled vinegar.
- 5Add half a cup of vegetable oil, one-third cup of grated Parmesan cheese, a pinch of salt, and a grind of black pepper.
- 6Use an immersion blender to combine these initial ingredients until creamy and light beige.
- 7Pour in two tablespoons of olive oil.
- 8Blend again until fully emulsified and smooth.
