- 150 g strawberries
- 15 g cashew nuts
- 10 g makhana
- 100 ml skimmed milk
- ¼ tsp vanilla essence
- Zero-calorie sweetener to taste
- 1 tsp sugar

- 1Add chopped strawberries, cashew nuts, makhana, skim milk, vanilla essence, and powdered sweetener into a blender jar.
- 2Blend the mixture until it forms a smooth, thick, light pink liquid.
- 3Pour the blended mixture into ramekins.
- 4Place the ramekins in a freezer for 15-25 minutes to allow the mixture to set and firm up.
- 5Sprinkle a thin, even layer of granulated sugar over the chilled pink surface in each ramekin.
- 6Heat a metallic spoon until it is very hot and smoking.
- 7Press the hot spoon repeatedly onto the sugar layer, melting and caramelizing it into a crisp, golden-brown, crackly top.
- 8Garnish with a small slice of fresh strawberry.
- 9Serve cold and break the crisp caramel layer with a spoon to enjoy.
