Ingredients
- Rolled pastries/biscuits
- Strong coffee or coffee-flavored syrup
- Fresh strawberries
- Blueberries
- Raspberries
- Mint leaves
- Thick white or off-white cream
- Ground pistachios
- Brown cocoa powder
Method
- 1Shake a bottle of dark brown liquid, then pour it through a sieve into a shallow rectangular baking dish to prepare the dipping liquid.
- 2Wash a large bowl of mixed berries and mint leaves thoroughly in water by hand, then transfer them to a plate.
- 3Dip each rolled pastry/biscuit into the brown liquid until soaked, then arrange them neatly in rows in a rectangular baking dish to form the bottom layer.
- 4Chop some of the washed strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries into smaller, bite-sized pieces.
- 5Using a piping bag, apply a thick layer of white cream over the soaked pastries, then smooth it out with a spatula.
- 6Sprinkle the chopped blueberries and raspberries evenly over the cream, then scatter the chopped strawberries, and finally sprinkle a generous amount of ground pistachios.
- 7Scoop and spread another layer of white cream over the berries and pistachios.
- 8Dip more rolled pastries in the brown liquid and arrange them on top of the second cream layer.
- 9Spread a final layer of cream over the second pastry layer.
- 10Using a fine-mesh sieve, dust a liberal amount of cocoa powder evenly over the entire surface of the cream.
- 11Pre-cut the tiramisu into individual square portions within the baking dish.
- 12Decorate each square by placing fanned strawberry slices, whole raspberries, and whole blueberries, and artistically sprinkle additional ground pistachios.
