Ingredients
  • Matcha powder: 1-2 teaspoons, sifted
  • Warm water: about 1/4 cup
  • Milk: roughly 1 cup
  • Vanilla syrup: a generous drizzle
  • Ice cubes
  • Mango puree: 1/4 to 1/2 cup
  • Sugar: approximately 1 teaspoon
  • Milk: about 1/2 to 3/4 cup
  • Fresh cream: about 1/4 cup
  • Sugar: approximately 1-2 teaspoons
  • Coconut water: roughly 1 cup
Method
  1. 1For the Iced Vanilla Matcha Latte, sift matcha powder into a mug, add about 1/4 cup warm water, and vigorously whisk until frothy.
  2. 2In a tall glass, pour roughly 1 cup of milk and a generous drizzle of vanilla syrup, then fill with ice cubes.
  3. 3Carefully pour the frothy matcha over the ice and milk to create distinct layers, then stir thoroughly with a metal straw before drinking.
  4. 4For the Mango Matcha Latte, pour 1/4 to 1/2 cup of mango puree into a ribbed glass, add approximately 1 teaspoon of sugar, and mix well.
  5. 5Fill the glass with ice cubes, pour about 1/2 to 3/4 cup of milk over them, then layer pre-prepared frothed matcha on top to complete the drink, and stir with a metal straw.
  6. 6For the Creamy Coconut Matcha, sift 1-2 teaspoons of matcha powder into a bowl, add approximately 1-2 teaspoons of sugar and about 1/4 cup of fresh cream.
  7. 7Use an electric frother to whisk the matcha, sugar, and cream until a smooth, thick, and creamy bright green mixture forms.
  8. 8In a double-walled glass, add round ice cubes and pour roughly 1 cup of coconut water over them.
  9. 9Gently pour the creamy matcha mixture on top of the coconut water and ice.
