  • 3 tbsp chopped mango
  • 1 rice paper
  • 2 tbsp curd

  1. 1Chop the mangoes into small pieces.
  2. 2Place a single round rice paper sheet into a plate.
  3. 3Pour hot water over the rice paper and gently press it down.
  4. 4Soak the rice paper until it becomes soft, transparent, and stretchy, for 30 seconds to one minute.
  5. 5Place the softened rice paper onto a cutting mat.
  6. 6Add 2 tbsp curd into the center of the rice paper.
  7. 7Place 3 tbsp chopped mango pieces on top of the curd.
  8. 8Gently fold the rice paper inwards from all sides to form a mochi-like parcel, ensuring the edges are sealed.
  9. 9Place the mango mochi into the freezer.
  10. 10Freeze for 1 to 2 hours until firm.
  11. 11Retrieve the firm mango mochi and slice it in half diagonally.
