- 3 tbsp chopped mango
- 1 rice paper
- 2 tbsp curd
- Water
Method
- 1Chop the mangoes into small pieces.
- 2Place a single round rice paper sheet into a plate.
- 3Pour hot water over the rice paper and gently press it down.
- 4Soak the rice paper until it becomes soft, transparent, and stretchy, for 30 seconds to one minute.
- 5Place the softened rice paper onto a cutting mat.
- 6Add 2 tbsp curd into the center of the rice paper.
- 7Place 3 tbsp chopped mango pieces on top of the curd.
- 8Gently fold the rice paper inwards from all sides to form a mochi-like parcel, ensuring the edges are sealed.
- 9Place the mango mochi into the freezer.
- 10Freeze for 1 to 2 hours until firm.
- 11Retrieve the firm mango mochi and slice it in half diagonally.
