Method
- 1Slice one Alphonso mango around the pit, score it into a grid pattern, invert the skin, and scrape off the mango cubes into a clear glass bowl.
- 2Add approximately 1/2 to 3/4 cup milk and one large scoop of vanilla ice cream to the bowl with mango cubes.
- 3Blend the ingredients in the bowl to create a thick, smooth, and vibrant yellow-orange shake.
- 4Place a layer of fresh mango cubes at the bottom of a tall, decorative glass.
- 5Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream over the mango cubes in the glass.
- 6Sprinkle chopped nuts and tutti frutti over the ice cream layer.
- 7Carefully pour the thick mango shake into the glass, filling it almost to the top.
- 8Place another scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of the shake.
- 9Garnish the dessert with more chopped nuts, tutti frutti, a pinch of colorful sugar sprinkles, and two rolled wafer biscuits.
