Method
  1. 1Slice one Alphonso mango around the pit, score it into a grid pattern, invert the skin, and scrape off the mango cubes into a clear glass bowl.
  2. 2Add approximately 1/2 to 3/4 cup milk and one large scoop of vanilla ice cream to the bowl with mango cubes.
  3. 3Blend the ingredients in the bowl to create a thick, smooth, and vibrant yellow-orange shake.
  4. 4Place a layer of fresh mango cubes at the bottom of a tall, decorative glass.
  5. 5Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream over the mango cubes in the glass.
  6. 6Sprinkle chopped nuts and tutti frutti over the ice cream layer.
  7. 7Carefully pour the thick mango shake into the glass, filling it almost to the top.
  8. 8Place another scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of the shake.
  9. 9Garnish the dessert with more chopped nuts, tutti frutti, a pinch of colorful sugar sprinkles, and two rolled wafer biscuits.
