  • 1 cup makhana
  • 2-3 dates
  • 1/4 to 1/3 cup cashews

  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom

Method
  1. 1Place the makhana, pitted dates, cashews, pistachios, and almonds into a white ceramic bowl.
  2. 2Pour almond milk over the dry fruits and makhana.
  3. 3Add a few strands of saffron to the mixture.
  4. 4Cover the mixture with a plate and allow it to soak for 30 minutes.
  5. 5Transfer the softened mixture from the bowl into a blender jar.
  6. 6Break the peeled banana into pieces and add them to the blender.
  7. 7Sprinkle in a pinch of ground cardamom.
  8. 8Secure the lid on the blender.
  9. 9Blend the ingredients until a smooth, creamy consistency is achieved.
  10. 10Serve the smoothie in an elegant clear glass.
