- 1 cup makhana
- 2-3 dates
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup cashews

- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom

- 1Place the makhana, pitted dates, cashews, pistachios, and almonds into a white ceramic bowl.
- 2Pour almond milk over the dry fruits and makhana.
- 3Add a few strands of saffron to the mixture.
- 4Cover the mixture with a plate and allow it to soak for 30 minutes.
- 5Transfer the softened mixture from the bowl into a blender jar.
- 6Break the peeled banana into pieces and add them to the blender.
- 7Sprinkle in a pinch of ground cardamom.
- 8Secure the lid on the blender.
- 9Blend the ingredients until a smooth, creamy consistency is achieved.
- 10Serve the smoothie in an elegant clear glass.
