Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
- 1.5 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup roasted cashews
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup crushed mini pretzel twists
- 1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 teaspoon flaky sea salt
Method
- 1Line a baking pan with parchment paper and place butter squares in it.
- 2Melt the butter in the pan.
- 3Pour quick-cooking oats directly onto the melted butter, forming the base.
- 4Add an even layer of shredded coconut over the oats.
- 5Spread whole cashews over the coconut layer.
- 6Generously scatter mini chocolate chips across the nuts and coconut.
- 7Place mini pretzel twists on top of the chocolate chips.
- 8Drizzle the entire can of sweetened condensed milk evenly over all the layered ingredients.
- 9Bake the pan in an oven for 30 minutes.
- 10Remove the bars from the oven and allow them to cool completely.
- 11Once cooled, cut the large slab into individual square bars.
- 12Sprinkle flaky sea salt over the cut bars before serving.
