- 2 tbsp condensed milk
- 1/3 cup chopped mangoes
- More condensed milk for topping

Method
- 1Combine 300ml milk with 2 tbsp condensed milk in a pitcher and whisk until well combined.
- 2Pour the sweetened milk mixture into an ice cube tray, filling individual molds.
- 3Freeze the milk cubes overnight until completely frozen.
- 4While milk is freezing, peel one ripe mango, cut off the cheeks, score the flesh in a crosshatch pattern, and scoop out diced mango cubes.
- 5Once frozen, remove the milk ice cubes from the tray and place them into a food processor or blender.
- 6Blend the frozen milk cubes until they transform into a fine, fluffy, snow-like shaved ice texture.
- 7Scoop the prepared crushed milk ice into a serving bowl, forming a soft mound.
- 8Generously drizzle additional condensed milk over the shaved ice.
- 9Arrange the diced mango cubes on top of the condensed milk and shaved ice.
- 10Garnish the dish with a mint leaf.
