- 1 cup green grapes
- 1/2 cup dark-skinned grapes
- 1/2 cup dragon fruit
- 1/2 cup papaya or mango
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup strawberry jelly cubes
- 1 can strawberry milk (200ml)
- 1 can lemon-lime soda (300ml)
- Ice cubes to taste
Method
- 1Start with an empty, clear glass measuring jug.
- 2Add halved green grapes and halved dark-skinned grapes to the bottom of the jug.
- 3Layer diced dragon fruit, diced papaya or mango, and blueberries into the jug.
- 4Spoon strawberry jelly cubes into the jug.
- 5Pour 1 can of strawberry milk over the fruits and jelly.
- 6Slowly pour 1 can of lemon-lime soda into the jug.
- 7Add ice cubes to the jug.
- 8Stir the entire mixture thoroughly to combine all the ingredients and distribute the flavors.
- 9Serve the Hwachae chilled in a bowl, scooping out a generous portion with a spoon.
