  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 1/2 cup dark-skinned grapes
  • 1/2 cup dragon fruit
  • 1/2 cup papaya or mango
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup strawberry jelly cubes
  • 1 can strawberry milk (200ml)
  • 1 can lemon-lime soda (300ml)
  • Ice cubes to taste
Method
  1. 1Start with an empty, clear glass measuring jug.
  2. 2Add halved green grapes and halved dark-skinned grapes to the bottom of the jug.
  3. 3Layer diced dragon fruit, diced papaya or mango, and blueberries into the jug.
  4. 4Spoon strawberry jelly cubes into the jug.
  5. 5Pour 1 can of strawberry milk over the fruits and jelly.
  6. 6Slowly pour 1 can of lemon-lime soda into the jug.
  7. 7Add ice cubes to the jug.
  8. 8Stir the entire mixture thoroughly to combine all the ingredients and distribute the flavors.
  9. 9Serve the Hwachae chilled in a bowl, scooping out a generous portion with a spoon.
