- Small amount cooking oil

- 1-2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 cup chopped kimchi
- 1 tablespoon gochujang
- 1.5 to 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 eggs

- Sprinkle furikake or seaweed flakes

Method
- 1Heat a pan with a small amount of oil.
- 2Sauté chopped white onions and minced garlic until fragrant.
- 3Add chopped kimchi and gochujang to the pan and stir briefly to combine flavors.
- 4Add cooked white rice to the pan, then thoroughly stir and toss until evenly coated and vibrant orange-red.
- 5Scoop the cooked kimchi fried rice into a bowl, press down to form a compact dome, then invert it centrally into the cleaned pan.
- 6Pour whisked eggs around the base of the rice dome, filling the pan to create a surrounding layer.
- 7Sprinkle shredded cheese generously over the raw egg and the rice mound.
- 8Cover the pan or adjust heat to allow the egg to set and the cheese to fully melt.
- 9Garnish the dish with a sprinkle of furikake or seaweed flakes and chopped green onions.
