- 3 cups milk
- 1.5 cups ricotta cheese

- 5Sprinkle 0.25 teaspoon of cardamom powder into the mixture and mix.
- 6Transfer the cooked Kalakand into a serving bowl.
- 7Garnish with crystalline sugar and crushed pistachios.
