  • 1/2 cup boiled potatoes, chopped

  • 1 small raw mango, chopped
  • 1-2 green chilies, chopped
  • Generous handful fresh coriander leaves, chopped
  • Handful fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1-2 teaspoons sonth chutney
  • Small sprinkle red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  • Pinch kala namak
  • Pinch salt
  • Juice of half a lemon
Method
  1. 1Add boiled kala chana to a clean white bowl.
  2. 2Add chopped red onions, tomatoes, boiled potatoes, raw mango, and green chilies to the bowl.
  3. 3Introduce kala namak, regular salt, red chili powder, and chaat masala into the bowl.
  4. 4Drizzle sonth chutney over the ingredients.
  5. 5Sprinkle chopped fresh coriander and mint leaves into the bowl.
  6. 6Squeeze the juice of half a lemon over the mixture.
  7. 7Thoroughly mix all ingredients until well combined and evenly distributed.
  8. 8Serve the prepared Kala Chana Chaat in individual bowls.
