- 1 teaspoon chaat masala
- Pinch kala namak
- Pinch salt
- Juice of half a lemon
Method
- 1Add boiled kala chana to a clean white bowl.
- 2Add chopped red onions, tomatoes, boiled potatoes, raw mango, and green chilies to the bowl.
- 3Introduce kala namak, regular salt, red chili powder, and chaat masala into the bowl.
- 4Drizzle sonth chutney over the ingredients.
- 5Sprinkle chopped fresh coriander and mint leaves into the bowl.
- 6Squeeze the juice of half a lemon over the mixture.
- 7Thoroughly mix all ingredients until well combined and evenly distributed.
- 8Serve the prepared Kala Chana Chaat in individual bowls.
