  • 2 cloves grated garlic
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
Method
  1. 1Halve, core, and chop romaine lettuce into small pieces, then wash and set aside.
  2. 2Halve cherry tomatoes efficiently.
  3. 3Dice cucumbers and finely dice red onion.
  4. 4Slice provolone cheese into strips and cube.
  5. 5In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, grated garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper for the dressing.
  6. 6Add romaine lettuce, chickpeas, tomatoes, cucumbers, green olives, artichoke hearts, pepperoncini, provolone, red onion, Parmesan, and parsley to the bowl with the dressing.
