- 1 spoonful thandai powder
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 cup chilled milk

Method
- 1Add almonds, pistachios, cashews, black peppercorns, fennel seeds, poppy seeds, green cardamom, musk melon seeds, edible rose petals, and saffron into a blender jar.
- 2Blend the mixture until it forms a fine, granular powder.
- 3Transfer the freshly blended Thandai powder into a serving or storage bowl.
- 4Garnish the powder with additional rose petals, chopped pistachios, and saffron strands.
- 5For one serving of Thandai drink, place one spoonful of the prepared Thandai powder into a small jar.
- 6Pour approximately 1/4 cup of milk into the jar with the powder and stir thoroughly to create a thick Thandai milk concentrate.
- 7Add 1 tablespoon of sugar to a separate blender cup.
- 8Add the 1/4 cup of Thandai milk concentrate to the blender cup.
- 9Pour 1/2 cup of chilled milk into the blender cup.
- 10Blend the contents of the blender cup until well combined and frothy.
- 11Place ice cubes in a tall glass.
- 12Pour the freshly blended Thandai drink over the ice cubes and serve chilled.
