Method
- 1Add the pre-soaked gond katira to a pitcher.
- 2Expertly open a fresh green coconut and drain its water into the pitcher.
- 3Peel and chop the ice apples into small, manageable pieces.
- 4Add the chopped ice apples to the pitcher.
- 5Finely chop the fresh mint leaves and add them to the pitcher.
- 6Sprinkle the pink rock salt into the pitcher.
- 7Squeeze the juice from half a lemon directly into the pitcher.
- 8Add a substantial amount of ice cubes to the pitcher.
- 9Seal the pitcher with a lid and gently shake to combine and chill all ingredients thoroughly.
- 10Pour the mixed cooler from the pitcher into a tall serving glass.
- 11Spoon in additional chopped ice apple pieces into the glass for added texture and garnish with a piece of ice apple on the rim.
