Ingredients
- 1.5-2 cups cold milk
- A handful almonds
- A handful cashews
- A small handful chopped pistachios
- 1-2 tablespoons Thandai powder
- 1-2 tablespoons jaggery powder
- A pinch saffron strands
Method
- 1Pour 1.5-2 cups of cold milk into a portable blender.
- 2Add the soaked almonds, cashews, and chopped pistachios to the milk.
- 3Add 1-2 tablespoons of Thandai powder.
- 4Add 1-2 tablespoons of jaggery powder.
- 5Add a pinch of saffron strands to the mixture.
- 6Close the blender and blend all the ingredients until the mixture becomes smooth, creamy, and well combined.
- 7Serve the Thandai chilled in small, traditional brown clay cups (kulhads).
- 8Garnish each serving with a few strands of saffron on top.
