Ingredients
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Few drops vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup melted dark chocolate
  • 1/4 cup melted white chocolate
Method
  1. 1Combine clear liquid (oil), eggs, creamy white substance (sour cream), milk, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl for the cupcake batter.
  2. 2Mix thoroughly with a stand mixer until smooth.
  3. 3Add dry ingredients including flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and baking powder/soda to the wet mixture.
  4. 4Use the stand mixer again to incorporate everything, resulting in a smooth, dark brown batter.
  5. 5Scoop the batter into white paper cupcake liners placed in a muffin tin.
  6. 6While cupcakes are presumably baking, prepare the marshmallow fluff by combining egg whites and granulated sugar in a glass bowl.
  7. 7Whip the egg whites and sugar vigorously with a stand mixer until they form stiff, glossy white peaks.
  8. 8Once the cupcakes are baked and cooled, use a small paring knife to cut a circular hole into the center of each, removing a cone of cake.
  9. 9Generously spoon or pipe the prepared marshmallow fluff into these cavities, forming a dome on top of each cupcake.
  10. 10Dip each filled cupcake into the melted dark chocolate glaze.
  11. 11Adorn the glazed cupcakes with a distinctive squiggly line using melted white chocolate.
