Ingredients
- 2-3 cups rolled oats
- About half a cup green pumpkin seeds
- About half a cup white sunflower seeds
- Roughly 1/4 to 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- About 1/4 cup white sesame seeds
- About 1/4 cup almond flour or powder
- 2-3 tablespoons black chia seeds
- Around 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- About 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- Around 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Approximately 1/2 cup honey
- 2-3 tablespoons peanut butter
- About 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
Method
- 1Combine all the dry ingredients including oats, seeds, walnuts, almond flour, chia seeds, chocolate chips, cinnamon, and salt in a large white bowl.
- 2Add the liquid and sticky ingredients, which are honey, peanut butter, maple syrup, and brown sugar, to the center of the dry mixture.
- 3Thoroughly combine the mixture using a wooden spoon until all dry components are well coated and cohesive.
- 4Transfer the sticky mixture to a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- 5Press the mixture down firmly and evenly into the tray using a green spatula to form a compact, flat slab.
- 6Place the tray into an oven for baking until golden-brown.
- 7Once baked and slightly cooled, remove the firm granola slab from the oven.
- 8Cut the granola slab into individual rectangular bars using a knife or spatula.
