Ingredients
  • 2-3 cups rolled oats
  • About half a cup green pumpkin seeds
  • About half a cup white sunflower seeds
  • Roughly 1/4 to 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • About 1/4 cup white sesame seeds
  • About 1/4 cup almond flour or powder
  • 2-3 tablespoons black chia seeds
  • Around 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • About 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • Around 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Approximately 1/2 cup honey
  • 2-3 tablespoons peanut butter
  • About 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
Method
  1. 1Combine all the dry ingredients including oats, seeds, walnuts, almond flour, chia seeds, chocolate chips, cinnamon, and salt in a large white bowl.
  2. 2Add the liquid and sticky ingredients, which are honey, peanut butter, maple syrup, and brown sugar, to the center of the dry mixture.
  3. 3Thoroughly combine the mixture using a wooden spoon until all dry components are well coated and cohesive.
  4. 4Transfer the sticky mixture to a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  5. 5Press the mixture down firmly and evenly into the tray using a green spatula to form a compact, flat slab.
  6. 6Place the tray into an oven for baking until golden-brown.
  7. 7Once baked and slightly cooled, remove the firm granola slab from the oven.
  8. 8Cut the granola slab into individual rectangular bars using a knife or spatula.
