Ingredients
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • Roughly 1/4 cup almonds

Method
  1. 1Add cocoa powder to a small blender jar.
  2. 2Add whole almonds to the same blender jar.
  3. 3Pour ragi flour into the blender jar.
  4. 4Add jaggery powder to the mixture.
  5. 5Drop green cardamom pods into the jar.
  6. 6Add a tiny pinch of salt to the ingredients in the blender.
  7. 7Blend all ingredients until they form a fine, uniform brown powder.
  8. 8Transfer the finished premix from the blender jar into a clear glass storage jar.
  9. 9Pour milk into a clear glass saucepan and place it on an induction hob.
  10. 10Add 2 teaspoons of the prepared hot chocolate premix to the milk.
  11. 11Add chopped dark chocolate to the saucepan.
  12. 12Continuously stir the mixture with a small whisk while heating on the hob.
  13. 13Allow the hot chocolate to simmer, thicken, and become frothy as it cooks.
