  • 1/2 cup diced watermelon
  • 1/4 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/4 cup diced lychee
  • 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
  • 2-3 tbsp soaked basil seeds (sabza)
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup watermelon juice
  • 1 small can soda (approx 200ml)
  • Stevia, to taste
  • Several ice cubes
Method
  1. 1Add diced watermelon, diced lychee, sliced strawberries, and pomegranate seeds to a serving bowl.
  2. 2Spoon the soaked basil seeds into the bowl with the fruits.
  3. 3Pour the coconut milk over the fruit and seeds.
  4. 4Add the watermelon juice to the mixture.
  5. 5Pour the clear, fizzy soda into the bowl.
  6. 6Drop several ice cubes into the bowl.
  7. 7Sprinkle the white powdered sweetener (stevia) into the bowl.
  8. 8Thoroughly mix all the ingredients together with a ladle until well combined and pinkish.
  9. 9Serve chilled, enjoying with a spoon for fruit and seeds and a straw for the liquid.
