- 1/2 cup diced watermelon
- 1/4 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/4 cup diced lychee
- 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
- 2-3 tbsp soaked basil seeds (sabza)
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup watermelon juice
- 1 small can soda (approx 200ml)
- Stevia, to taste
- Several ice cubes
Method
- 1Add diced watermelon, diced lychee, sliced strawberries, and pomegranate seeds to a serving bowl.
- 2Spoon the soaked basil seeds into the bowl with the fruits.
- 3Pour the coconut milk over the fruit and seeds.
- 4Add the watermelon juice to the mixture.
- 5Pour the clear, fizzy soda into the bowl.
- 6Drop several ice cubes into the bowl.
- 7Sprinkle the white powdered sweetener (stevia) into the bowl.
- 8Thoroughly mix all the ingredients together with a ladle until well combined and pinkish.
- 9Serve chilled, enjoying with a spoon for fruit and seeds and a straw for the liquid.
