Method
  1. 1Place shredded green papaya and bean sprouts in a bowl.
  2. 2Add fresh mint leaves over the papaya and sprouts.
  3. 3Layer dried beef floss, braised beef liver, braised squid, and braised fish over the mint.
  4. 4Sprinkle roasted peanuts over the toppings.
  5. 5Pour braised liver sauce over the entire salad.
  6. 6Add pickled fruit vinegar to complete the dish.
