Method
  1. 1Place a green enameled cast iron pan on a portable gas stove and add oil for stir-frying.
  2. 2Add chopped red, yellow, and green bell peppers along with white onion chunks to the hot pan and stir-fry until lightly roasted and tender-crisp.

  4. 4Add Gochujang paste to the pan, then add water to thin and distribute the paste, forming a rich red sauce.
