Method
  1. 1Mash boiled potatoes, then add flour, ground black pepper, and salt, kneading until a smooth, cohesive dough forms.
  2. 2Divide the dough into two equal portions, roll each into a long cylindrical rope, and cut into small, bite-sized gnocchi pieces.
  3. 3Bring a pot of salted water to a rolling boil, add the raw gnocchi pieces, and cook until they float to the surface.
  4. 4In a frying pan, heat butter and cooking oil, then add minced garlic and finely chopped red onions or shallots and sauté until light brown and fragrant.
  5. 5Pour in cooking cream, add a processed cheese slice, and stir continuously until the cheese melts and blends into the cream.
  6. 6Add milk and mix in, then sprinkle in red chili flakes, dried mixed herbs, and salt to taste, stirring thoroughly to combine.
  7. 7Transfer the cooked gnocchi into the pan with the creamy sauce, add fresh, chopped spinach leaves, and gently stir to coat.
